What Are The Requirements For Applying For Naturalization In America?

Naturalization is the process when a foreign national can get the citizenship of a country in which he resides or works. In America when a foreign citizen fulfills the necessary requirements, he can get the citizenship. These requirements or regulations are decided by the Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).   • You are 18 years old or older

To apply for naturalization, you can fill the form N-400 ‘Application for Naturalization’. If you are in US armed forces, you can fill the form M-599 ‘Naturalization Information for Military Personnel’.

B visa in America – Short Stay for Business

B visa is provided to the foreign nationals who want to visit America for a short duration for business.
